Dr. Gillmore performs her cosmetic procedures at Doctors Hospital of Slidell which is a newly constructed state-of-the-art facility that offers many unique amenities. It was designed as a small, intimate facility in order to provide efficient, one-on-one care for her patients. She does her procedures in an operating room setting for proper monitoring, and conscious sedation.
She also performs endovenous laser varicose vein ablation, as well as Sclerotherapy for spider varicosities. The laser varicose vein surgery is a relatively short procedure, done in an Operating Room setting for proper cardiac and respiratory monitoring (at no extra cost to the patient) and under conscious sedation so the patient does not feel anything. She also performs Sclerotherapy (gold standard) for spider varicosities. This involves injecting the small vessels with a fluid to collapse the vessels—done with a very small needle and easily tolerated.
